Can I return a gift card?
Our gift cards are non-refundable. If you’d like to return a
purchase made with a gift card, the funds will be credited back to your gift
card.
What if I don’t use up my whole gift card?
The unused portion of your gift card will remain on your
balance and can be used toward any future Oh Norman! purchase.
When will my gift card expire?
Your gift card doesn't expire.
Can I ship a gift card directly to the recipient?
Absolutely! Fill in the shipping address field with your
recipient’s address during checkout, and we’ll send the gift card there.
However, if you are purchasing multiple items that need to be sent to different
addresses, you’ll need to place those orders separately.
How long will it take for a physical gift card to arrive?
Your physical gift card will arrive in 5-7 business days.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
We sure do. If you’d like to purchase Oh Norman! gift cards

Can I order gift cards in denominations other than the
$25, $50, $75 and $100 offered on the site?
